Big shout out and thank you to Jake Brewer, CCIM for helping us once again to locate and secure this great site, our architects Axis Companies, our engineers Civilogistix, LLC and the general contractors RTC General Contractors, all of which have done multiple projects with us and are the best team in the business!

We are excited to bring yet another Take 5 Oil Change to the people of Knoxville.

We’re excited to announce our newest acquisition in the great state of Tennessee — a free-standing Subway located at 1775 W Broadway, Maryville TN, directly next door to a Take 5 Oil Change that we developed and still own.

Maryville is a fantastic and growing community, and this asset is positioned to continue to thrive as part of our portfolio.

Construction is Officially Underway on a New Dutch Bros Coffee

Breaking Ground in Mauldin, SC!

We’re excited to announce that construction is officially underway on a new Dutch Bros Coffee located at 210 S Main Street, Mauldin, SC.

It’s been a pleasure working alongside Sara Davis and the entire Dutch Bros team to bring this project to life. A big thank you as well to Trey Roberts and the crew at Tatco Construction — the process has been smooth, and we know this one is in great hands.

We can’t wait to see this project come together and add the BEST new coffee option to the Mauldin community!

QuikTrip Opening in Peachtree Corners, GA

We’re excited to share the successful opening of QuikTrip at our property located at 6330 Cash Court in Peachtree Corners, GA!

A huge thank you to Brandon Forshee and the entire QT team for being such outstanding partners throughout this process—we couldn’t be happier with the end result.

The completion of this multi-stage project marks a proud moment for our team and sets the stage for what’s ahead.
